BLUE TEA - APOLLON®

The wonderful blue tea APOLLON is as beautiful as the Greek god whose name it bears.

The seductive infusion takes on a superb blue colour and fruity, sensual notes.

• Please note: the bluish colour of the infusion of blue-liquor teas (Marco Polo Blue, Opéra Blue, Thé Bleu des Légendes, etc.) is due to the presence of finely cut blue flowers.

These blue flowers may therefore often settle at the bottom of the tins.

As this is a 100% natural plant, the lovely shades of blue vary from one infusion and one tea harvest to another, from a soft blue-green to a deep blue.

Before preparing the tea, we recommend turning the tightly closed tin upside down and shaking it for a few seconds to distribute the cut blue flowers evenly through the tea.
