Delivery charges
- Delivery in Switzerland: CHF 11.–
- Free on orders from CHF 100.–
- Collection from the shop: free, Rue de la Tour-de-Boël 3, 1204 Geneva
Delivery times
Orders received before 3 pm are prepared the same working day and handed to Swiss Post within 24 working hours. Then allow for Swiss Post's usual delivery time. In December, delivery times may be slightly longer.
For collection from the shop, we will let you know as soon as your order is ready, usually within two working hours.

A problem with your parcel?
We track every parcel as soon as it leaves the shop. If your order does not arrive within the stated time, let us know at info@latsarine.ch or on +41 22 310 60 18: we will locate it with Swiss Post.
