Introduction
These general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter the "T&Cs") govern the use of the website of La Tsarine Sàrl (hereinafter "the Site") and the terms of sale of the products offered on it by La Tsarine, a company established in Geneva, Switzerland (hereinafter "La Tsarine" or "we").
Acceptance of the T&Cs
By placing an order on the Site, you fully and unreservedly accept these T&Cs. We recommend that you read them carefully before placing any order. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site.
Products and orders
Product descriptions. We strive to provide accurate and detailed descriptions of our products – characteristics, contents, ingredients and prices. Product images are, however, for illustration only and may differ slightly from the actual product.
Ordering process. When you place an order, you undertake to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. An order confirmation is sent to you by email; it does not constitute final acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, in particular if an item is out of stock or in the event of an obvious pricing error.
Prices and payment
Prices. Prices are shown in Swiss francs (CHF), inclusive of applicable taxes, including value added tax (VAT) where applicable. Any delivery charges are shown when you order.
Payment methods. The payment methods offered when ordering are:
- Bank transfer or TWINT – the details are sent to you when your order is confirmed;
- Payment on collection from the shop – you pay on the spot when you come to collect your order.
Except for collection from the shop, payment must be received in full before the order is dispatched.
Delivery
Delivery areas. We deliver within Switzerland. For shipping abroad, contact us at info@latsarine.ch to obtain the shipping cost.
Charges. Delivery in Switzerland costs CHF 11.– and is free on orders from CHF 100.–. Collection from the shop is free.
Delivery times. We strive to meet the delivery times stated when you order. These may vary depending on where you live and other factors beyond our control.

Returns and refunds
Returns policy. If you are not satisfied with your order, contact us within 14 days of receiving the products to request a return or refund. Returned products must be in their original condition, unopened and undamaged.
Refunds. Refunds are made as quickly as possible, using the payment method used for the purchase, subject to receipt of the returned products in accordance with our returns policy.

Intellectual property
All intellectual property rights relating to the Site – texts, images, logos and trademarks – are the exclusive property of La Tsarine. Any unauthorised use of these elements is strictly prohibited.
Personal data protection
We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy. By using the Site, you consent to the collection, processing and use of your personal data in accordance with this policy.
Changes to the T&Cs
We reserve the right to amend these T&Cs at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on the Site. It is your responsibility to consult them regularly.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
These T&Cs are governed by Swiss law. In the event of any dispute arising from the use of the Site or the interpretation of these T&Cs, the courts of Geneva, Switzerland, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
