Description
Mellow green tea from China scented with precious jasmine flowers.
Mariage Frères Jasmine tea
Our jasmine tea is scented according to ancestral know-how.
Thousands of delicate jasmine flowers picked at dawn are laid on the tea leaves and buds in successive layers.
The dry tea then deeply absorbs the natural scents of the fresh flowers.
The process is repeated several times so that the tea is scented right to its heart.
Between each step, the tea is dried again before receiving fresh, newly picked flowers.
Once they have given up all their delicious jasmine fragrance to the tea, the dried flowers are carefully removed by hand, one by one.
The natural jasmine tea is then ready to be enjoyed.
