I'm often asked: "I don't know their taste – what should I give?" My answer comes down to three rules.
A common thread. A successful gift box tells a story: the teas of a journey (China, Japan, India), the moments of a day (bold morning, fragrant afternoon, caffeine-free evening) or a colour (three greens, from the most vegetal to the most indulgent). Three teas with nothing to say to each other make a drawer; three teas that answer one another make a gift.
One safe bet in three. Always include a classic everyone loves – an Earl Grey, a Marco Polo – alongside two discoveries. The recipient starts on familiar ground, then explores.
Small sizes. Three 50 g pouches are better than one big pack: you taste more and tire of it less.
And if you prefer, our "Create your gift box" workshop guides you step by step – case, teas, handwritten note. All that's left is to sign the card.
