HERBAL TEA - SPICY CURCUMA

Native to India, turmeric is a perennial plant of the Zingiberaceae family whose name comes from the Sanskrit kunkuma, meaning: that which gives colour.

Three spices simply combined, with no added flavouring, are enough to create an original, fragrant infusion with a liquor that is at once mild, aromatic and subtly peppery. Spicy Curcuma is prepared as a hot drink, like a herbal tea. For enthusiasts, it makes a delicious latte: allow 4 to 5 g for 30 cl of milk and let it simmer for a few minutes before straining; drink it with or without sugar or a little honey, as you prefer. Also wonderful as an iced infusion!
