We are delighted to offer you hibiscus flowers (bissap) sourced directly from Burkina Faso, from their original terroir.

Recognisable by its deep red colour and delicately tangy taste, hibiscus is traditionally used to make bissap, a refreshing drink much loved in West Africa.

Served hot or iced, it gives an intense, fruity liquor. Naturally rich in antioxidants, it is also known for its digestive and thirst-quenching qualities.

An authentic, simple and generous product, to enjoy on its own or with mint, vanilla or spices, as you wish.

Prepare the infusion in advance, let it cool completely, then serve it over plenty of ice. For a more expressive cup, avoid diluting it too much when serving.
