HERBAL INFUSION - COCOA ORANGE

It is in Madagascar, considered one of the world's finest cocoa producers, that Dammann Frères selects its cocoa nibs (roasted and crushed beans). Made from Trinitario cocoa beans grown in the Sambirano valley, they give the infusion a unique, finely tangy and delicately fruity taste.

Reminiscent of an orangette, the delicious chocolate confection, this indulgent recipe pairs the finely tangy, delicately fruity chocolate flavour of a Madagascan cocoa bean with the soft, fruity flavour of orange peel, accompanied by a lively touch of blood orange essential oil. A combination with an aromatic, light and indulgent infusion – a true invitation to discover the pleasure of a chocolate drink with no added milk or sugar.
